At Chase and Wonder, we want you to be delighted with your home fragrance and stationery; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure all products are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition to qualify for a full refund.

  Carefully pack your items in their original decorative boxes and use appropriate shipping materials to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our returns department, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage for your records.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
